To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of returning goods to us will not be included in the refund.

The time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.

All return items must be trackable and the tracking code must be sent to contact@.... otherwise we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We also advise on purchasing a shipping insurance so it can protect you, just in case your item goes missing.
